Registration
You can apply for vacant posts at Viollier electronically via this website. To do so, you must register as a user by entering a personal user name and a password.
Data security
When registering and filling in your electronic application you will be on an online platform outside Viollier. E-mails that you receive directly from this IT platform are not signed, do not have an authentication logo and are not transmitted in encrypted form. In order to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, the provider will take measures in line with the general standards of the latest technology in data security.
Confidentiality
Data protection is a matter of importance to us. Your details are treated confidentially and used exclusively to process your application. When processing your application, we take the liberty of checking whether any other vacant posts with Viollier may be suitable for you. Viollier reserves the right to involve external specialists for the purposes of processing your application. Other than this, your data will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties or persons outside Viollier or used for any other purpose. Employees of Viollier, the provider and any third parties called upon by the latter for support have been carefully selected, have made a pledge of strict privacy and will not pass on any personal details of users to unauthorised third parties.

Our website contains links to third-party internet sites. Viollier in no way assumes responsibility for their content or data protection measures.

Cookies are used when logging in to increase the user-friendliness of our online tool.
Obligation of secrecy
All visitors to Viollier must sign the following declaration (excerpt):

Scope and accuracy of your data
You yourself decide which details you would like to input via our online forms. You may at any time add to, amend or delete the data collected. At the same time, you must also ensure that your details are true, up-to-date and complete. We would point out that untrue information may lead to the termination of a possible employment contract.
Access to and amendment of data
Once started, you may terminate the entry of your data at any time. It is also possible for you to access, amend or delete your data yourself at any time.
Saving and deleting data
Should your application result in employment with Viollier, your personal data, or an extract thereof if need be, will be filed in your staff record.

If you have applied for an actual post or have sent a speculative application but have received a rejection letter, your details will be saved for approximately 3 months after the application period has closed and will then be deleted (profile and application). You will not be informed that the details have been deleted.

If you have submitted an application but Viollier is unable to offer you suitable employment at that point in time, we reserve the right to allocate your application to our candidate pool. You will be duly informed should this be the case. If you do not agree to this or are no longer interested, you may at any time delete your data (profile and application) yourself. If your application is allocated to the candidate pool, the details will in principle be saved for 12 months before being deleted. This period of time will start again every time you edit your details.
Responsibility
Your electronic application is submitted under your own responsibility and at your own risk. Viollier assumes no liability for possible damage arising from the loss of data and/or improper access by third parties to your system.
