I created a COVID certificate, but did not receive it.

This may be caused by one of the following reasons:

  • The sample was taken more than 72 hours ago when the certificate was created.
  • The last 8 digits of the order no. of the Viollier laboratory report and your date of birth do not match.
  • The last 8 digits of the order no. of the Viollier laboratory report does not match the analysis ‘Coronavirus SARS-CoV-PCR’.
  • The result of the ‘Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 PCR’ test is not negative.
  • The transfer code has expired.
  • The transfer code entered does not match the generated transfer code.
  • The federal government assumes the costs of the analysis.
