NGS Pancreas Carcinoma

Complete gene sequencing of HRR-associated genes including BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2; including KRAS, CDK12, as well as solid tumor DNA panel analysis (523 genes) and solid tumor fusion panel analysis (54 genes). Additionally, Genomic Instability Score (GIS), microsatellite instability (MSI), and tumor mutational burden (TMB) are reported. | There is a possibility of excess information occurring with this analysis.
