1st blood sample between 07:00 - 09:00 h for measurement of basal value. At 23:00 h on the same day, take 1 mg dexamethasone. 2nd blood sample on the next morning between 07:00 - 09:00 h for measurement of suppressed value. | Known cross-reactivity: prednisolone (<120%), prednisone (<35%), 6-methylprednisolone (<30%).
